SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, May 2, 2022 — Carenet Health, one of the nation’s leading healthcare engagement partners, is welcoming Wendi Summers to its executive leadership team as executive vice president of service delivery. Summers will focus on service delivery and account management, supporting Carenet’s rapid growth and continuous operational optimization.
Summers is an accomplished leader and problem-solver with 25+ years of experience in operations, organizational expansion and customer relationship management. Most recently, she served as Vice President – Client Management and Development for Sitel Group, where she led high-performing teams and more than 5,000 customer service professionals at onshore, nearshore and offshore contact centers. Also in her role at Sitel Group, she was responsible for overseeing multimillion-dollar contract negotiations and project implementation for Fortune 10 companies.
Earlier at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated (recently acquired by Sitel Group), Summers held a range of key strategic positions, including Vice President – Global Account Operations, Senior Director – Global Account Operations, Client Services Director and Call Center Director.
Summers said she’s excited to join Carenet Health, especially as the organization implements its strategic plans for growth in an industry more focused on improving the healthcare consumer experience than ever before.
